City Planning 101

Ever wonder how construction projects get approved, and what rules govern land use and zoning? The Department of City Planning along with the Department of Neighborhood Empowerment are sponsoring Planning 101 training sessions that will give participants an overview of the basic essentials of planning, land use and zoning in the City of Los Angeles.

There are six sessions spread across the entire city. The session in the Valley will be held on Monday, August 28, 6:00pm – 9:30pm at Pacoima City Hall, located at 12530 Van Nuys Boulevard. For more information and to RSVP contact Lisette Covarrubias at  or by phone at 213-978-1321.
