DESCRIPTION:The Summer Sunset Hike is a popular two hour\, moderate level hike that will take you to the perfect destination to enjoy a picnic dinner and a view of the San Fernando Valley while learning interesting facts about the park. \nLilac Lane Entrance\nTo get to Lilac Lane Trail Head: Take Topanga Canyon Boulevard north\, and just past Stoney Point is the Santa Susana Pass Road. Turn left. After the Rocky Peak exit off the 118 Freeway\, turn left on Lilac Lane. Drive a short way and look to your left for a large dirt parking lot with a State Parks wooden kiosk.
