We thank all who attended Monday night’s CAG meeting. We know your time – and that of the public in attendance – is valuable and carving out time during the evening is not easy and we sincerely apologize for the technical difficulties and the time it took for us to try and sort things out. We’ve identified the cause of the problem and addressed it so that future meetings will not be impacted. \nThere are several important issues on Monday night’s agenda that we weren’t able to address. Based on the limited discussion and to ensure that we allow adequate time for public comment and further discussion\, we will hold two separate one-hour meetings on the following days/times: \n\nMonday\, October 4 from 6-7 PM\n\nAgenda items: Community Advisory Group Opening Comments\, Health Study Resources\, Health Study Budget Overview\n\n\nThursday\, October 14 from 6-7 PM\n\nAgenda items: Complete Blood Count Preliminary Analysis and Cancer Surveillance Analysis Plan\n\n\n\nThe updated agendas have been posted on the Health Study website and are attached for your reference. Additionally\, all CAG meeting recordings will be made available on Public Health’s YouTube channel within the next week. A direct link to the recordings will be found on the Community Advisory Group and Public Information webpage. \nAgain\, we apologize for the technical issues that disrupted Monday night’s meeting and look forward to holding two productive meetings in the coming weeks. Thank you for your continued interest in the Health Study.
