There you may fill out the offender address on the complaint form.
You will receive, and should copy, the “complaint number,” Ex: COM-xxxxxx-xxxx
We suggest that you send a copy the complaint number to your local LAPD Senior Lead Officer, as well. If the location is a chronic repeat offender, possibly involved in dealing products, it increases the likelihood of a door knock from Officers.
