Pilar’s Pocketbook: Apply for FREE Rent Relief!

Welcome to the latest edition of Pilar’s Pocketbook Tips! This week, we’re excited to share the new application for FREE rent relief funds, providing crucial support for renters and landlords affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The application for FREE rent relief funds is NOW OPEN! It closes on Tuesday, June 4, at 4:59 p.m. PDT.

If renters were unable to pay during the COVID-19 pandemic, landlords can now apply to receive up to $30,000 for each rental unit to cover tenant’s past-due rent and other eligible expenses incurred since April 1, 2022.

If you are a tenant and owe rent due to COVID-19, encourage your landlord to apply for this rent relief to help cover your past-due rent!
