The Los Angeles Congress of Neighborhoods was held at City Hall on Saturday September 23rd, which marked the return of an in-person event for this program. More than 600 neighborhood council members from the 99 neighborhood councils throughout LA attended this event, including Northridge West Neighborhood Council President Jorge Antonio Jiménez, and Board Member Glen Wilson.
