Dinner on Us Program in Partnership with CD12

The “Dinner On Us” program invites constituents in CD12 to nominate themselves, or other residents, to dine at Los Toros Restaurant in Chatsworth at no cost.

The intended recipients will be families experiencing food insecurity as a result of the pandemic, adults who have navigated this virtual world serving as caretakers, teachers and frontline workers and for those who are simply deserving of a night out.

The process is simple. Anyone interested will access the Google form on the flyer and submit a request.  They will be notified if they have been approved. Each family member receives a $20 gift card and this doesn’t include alcohol or gratuity so a family of five gets $100.00 and so on. There are no blackout periods so they can dine whenever they want and do not need to make a reservation. Again, they do need to be approved and no purchase is necessary.
