DID YOU KNOW?  Your property line goes beyond your block wall, fence or yard to include the sidewalk and parkway along the street.  LOS ANGELES MUNICIPAL CODE LAMC 56.08 SECTION (C) STATES:  Owners to keep sidewalk and parkways clear of all debris, vegetation overgrowth, and trash; tree overhang can not obstruct the free passage of pedestrians; trees and vegetation must not hang lower than 9ft. in public right of way.
