Northridge West and East Neighborhood Councils invited the CD12 community members to attend the unveiling of a bronze plaque explaining our District’s Historic Cultural Monument #484. Councilmember John Lee speaks, along with other city officials and historians. The Park Ranger Equestrian Unit participates, along with music was provided by Holmes Middle School Eagles band.
