Northridge West Neighborhood Council Operation Clean Sweep – Week 38

To all Northridge Stakeholders:

You are all invited this Saturday 4/2/11 (7AM to 10AM) to join Northridge West Neighborhood Councils sponsored Operation Clean Sweep along the North side of Plummer Street east of Corbin to Shirley Street in Northridge.

This week’s goal will be to continue the clean up along the north side of Plummer Street across from the old K-Mart store. We are re-visiting this area because last weekend we were unable to complete the cleansing because it has been seriously neglected for some time.

So grab a friend, neighbor, girlfriend, boyfriend, football buddy or better yet grab a stranger and join us @ Plummer and Shirley Streets in Northridge to continue the trend of making Northridge shine. Be original – Come join us as we build our team of dedicated volunteers committed to having fun, meeting new people and making Northridge a cleaner, greener and safer community to live, learn, work and play. Parking will be on Shirley Street along the north side of Plummer Street across the street from Western Bagels. We will be starting around 7AM and meeting on the north-west corner of Plummer& Shirley Streets to review the work plan under the new NWNC big top tent while sipping hot chocolate & coffee, over fresh baked donuts and bagels. Please contact me if you have any questions or need directions.
