Northridge West Neighborhood Council Operation Clean Sweep – Week 20

To all Northridge Stakeholders:

You are all invited this Saturday 11/13/10 (7AM to 10AM) to join in the trend setting efforts of the Northridge West Neighborhood Councils sponsored Operation Clean Sweep along the East side of Tampa Avenue between Nashville and the 118 Freeway. Saturday’s operations will continue our march toward the 118 Freeway. This weekend’s event will expand the Councils efforts of reaching out into the local communities for their support and assistance in making Northridge a cleaner, greener, safer place to live, work, play and learn.

The present mission is to reach the 118 Freeway along the east side of Tampa Avenue by next weekend then marching on to Wilbur Street now that Chatsworth Street has been sweep clean. So please tell your friends, neighbors or anyone you think that maybe interested in joining our dream team of dedicated volunteers committed to having fun, meeting new people and making Northridge a cleaner, greener and safer place to live and work. Parking will be on Nashville Street along the east side of Tampa Avenue.

We will be starting around 7AM and meeting on the corner of Nashville & Tampa Streets to review the work plan over coffee and pastries. Please contact me if you have any questions or need directions.

With your help we are demonstrating that as a united community we are stamping out blighted areas within our neighborhoods by joining hands and working together. Come join us as we have fun working in unity at building a closer community. Thank you.
