Northridge West NC Treasurer, Pamela Bolin, represented NWNC at Mayor Villaraigosa’s Community Budget Day on October 18, 2010.
According to a recent report, the city opened up a $63.7 million budget deficit in the first quarter of this fiscal year over delays to implementing cost-cutting measures, including layoffs.
