Northridge West Neighborhood Council still needs people to fill the vacacies for Renter, Education, Northridge Fashion Center, and General Business. Neil Perl has resigned from his homeowner seat as of April 22, 2010. His homeowner position is now available. We wish Neil the best in his new endeavors. He will be missed.
