Chatsworth Nature Preserve Open House

The LADWP is celebrating the month of Earth Day with a special open house at the only nature preserve in the City of Los Angeles. The Chatsworth Nature Preserve is a one of a kind location with incredible wildlife and landscapes. The event will feature an opening ceremony with a Wishtoyo/Chumash Indian tribal blessing, guided nature hikes, live animal exhibits, a bird observation station, and an environmental resource fair. No bikes or pets allowed on trails. Please bring a hat, sunscreen, refillable water bottles, and comfortable walking shoes.
